  • Amy Stokes
    Practice Manager

    Amy joined the team in 2020 as Practice Manager of Valley Equine. She is a 2015 graduate of West Virginia University with a BS in Agribusiness Management and an Equine Management minor. She has lived and worked all over the world including Kentucky, England, Ireland, and Australia, dipping her toes in all facets of the thoroughbred industry. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses and spending time with her two rescue dogs, Lexi and Sydney.

  • Margaret Henderson

    Margaret joined the Valley Equine team in February 2005. She is happily married to Patrick and together they have three beautiful children: Morgan, Ellie, and Lucas. Her family loves animals; they have two dogs (Max & Dakota), sheep, cattle and one goat. Margaret enjoys cooking and spending time at the farm with her family.

  • Cheri Vest
    Accounts Receivable/Billing

    Cheri joined the Valley Equine team in April 2006. She is married to her wonderful husband Dave. In her spare time, she enjoys riding with her husband on his Harley. They have four cats and a yellow naped amazon.

  • Karen Dailey, RVT
    Veterinary Technichian

    Karen, a Jefferson County native, joined Valley Equine in September of 2020. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 28 years under some of the brightest minds in their fields and enjoys instilling that knowledge and confidence in others. Karen obtained her veterinary technician license in 2007. She has worked in all facets of the industry from small animal medicine to equine emergency and surgery, she even has some experience in zoological work! In her downtime, she enjoys CrossFit, hanging out with her dogs and tending to her small herd of cows with her better half, Mikey.

  • Samantha Creamer

    Samantha joined Valley Equine in March of 2021. She is a 2020 graduate of Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre, a nationally accredited equestrian college dedicated exclusively to preparing students for successful careers with horses. Samantha is passionate about training young horses. In her spare time, she enjoys working with her horses and spending time with her squirrel dog, Boone.
